Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NRDX web application at nrdx.app (the “Service”), operated by Northern Axis, LLC d/b/a Nordax Digital (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Distribute malware, phishing, or illegal content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated means to scrape or overload the Service
• Create QR codes or link pages that lead to harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content (QR designs, link pages, logos, text) you create using the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect the Service. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northern Axis, LLC d/b/a Nordax Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Northern Axis, LLC d/b/a Nordax Digital operates.
