NRDX (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by Northern Axis, LLC d/b/a Nordax Digital. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web application at nrdx.app (the “Service”).

This notice applies only to NRDX. Nordax Digital agency services, Nordax OS, and Nordax AI publish separate privacy notices for information handled through those offerings.

1. Information We Collect

Account Data: When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and profile image via our authentication provider (Clerk). We do not store passwords.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, QR code scan events (timestamp, approximate geo-location derived from IP, device type, and referrer), and link page views.

Payment Data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We retain your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Content and Integration Data: We process QR destinations, link-page content, custom domains, email-capture submissions, webhook endpoints and delivery records, and connection settings for services you choose to enable, such as Mailchimp. Integration credentials are used only to provide the connection you request.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process transactions, send account-related communications, generate analytics visible in your dashboard, and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate selected features, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (hosting, storage, domains, and edge request data), and a user-selected integration such as Mailchimp. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or systems, in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards, or at your direction.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. QR code scan analytics are collected server-side without placing cookies on the scanner’s device.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, information may be deleted through normal operational and backup cycles, except where retention is reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, financial records, dispute resolution, legal claims, or compliance. Public redirects or cached pages may remain available temporarily after a change propagates.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted data at rest, and secure authentication via Clerk. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings. You may also contact us to request a data export. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to erasure and data portability.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
